Is the P2P transfer really unlimited?
Yes. P2P transfers use WebRTC to send files directly between devices — there's no server-side storage involved, so there's no size limit. You can send a 100 GB video as easily as a 1 MB document.
What happens to my files after they expire?
Cloud-hosted files are automatically and permanently deleted once the expiration window closes. P2P transfers are never stored on our servers — they only exist during the active transfer session.
Can I cancel or change my plan at any time?
Absolutely. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time. If you downgrade, you keep your current plan benefits until the end of the billing cycle.
How does annual billing work?
Annual billing gives you up to 20% off the monthly price. You're charged once per year upfront, and your subscription renews automatically unless you cancel.
What is the custom subdomain on the Pro plan?
On the Pro plan, recipients land on a fully-branded download page at your own subdomain (e.g. files.your-studio.com) with your logo, brand colors, and a clean, ad-free experience.
